On this page, I'll include instructions that may help others get involved in building the SEMI 1919a4 from a parts set and 1/4" Semi Right side plate,(RHSP)
All of this work was done on the mill shown, except for threading the new jacket.
My Scratch built 16" 30/06 reciever
i made complete new top/bottom plates/side plates
Still need to add vent holes in jacket, (blue stuff is layout dye.)
